Best buy requires $500 and 2 weeks to fix original screen. I watched a YouTube video on installation. The screen came in 2 days and it took me 45 minutes to carefully remove the old screen and about 10 minutes to put it back together. The YouTube video was too complicated. I removed far fewer screws than I was told and carefully moved the thin bezel that holds the screen without flexing it. ORDER THE RIGHT SCREEN. MY FIRST ATTEMPT WAS RETURNED FROM THE SCREEN WITH THE CORRECT CONNECTIONS... I recommend removing the damaged screen first to check the serial number and connections (to get the correct device).
