it's fantastic! durable, moves beautifully and stays right where you put it. I'm so happy I bought it. The only thing I have is that in certain positions the hands collide, unfortunately this is the position I want it in most of the time. He doesn't like being low and close to the wall. the plastic cable guide hits the other arm in this position, knocking it off and disconnecting all cables. but that's probably not a problem for most people. the solution would be to set it lower so it's not at the bottom of its travel when in use.
