Review on Supersmile Rechargeable Toothbrush with Water-resistant Design and Built-in Timer by Andrea Sciuto

Bought in March to replace a Super Smile TB which I had for many years before it stopped charging. The new device failed after 5 months of use. I contacted the company and after sending them a copy of my Amazon purchase receipt they sent me a new base and charger. Charge the replacement for 24 hours as recommended by the manufacturer. The replacement did not go through a cleaning cycle before it simply stopped working. I have contacted the company asking for a refund so I can purchase a new brush and THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE I PURCHASED IT FROM AMAZON AND NOT DIRECTLY FROM SUPERMILE. THEY OFFERED AGAIN TO REPLACE THE BASE AS YOU RECEIVE THE DEFECTIVE BASE SENT TO ME. I ALL WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF THE PREPAID LABEL. BUYER BEWARE. REVIEW UPDATE: About a month after this posting I was able to return the 2nd faulty base and they sent me another pin to replace; However, I didn't expect permission and needed a T-brush. Thanks to Revain, I was able to buy a new brush with modern technology and cheaper replacement brush heads. THANK YOU AMAZON for the right solution.
