This laptop reminds me why I stopped buying Windows computers. Right out of the box it's LOUD, FRIZZY AND SLOW! HOW DOES A NEW COMPUTER GO GOOD AND FREEZE? In the picture I posted, the settings are NOT opening! This screen was displayed for a few minutes and finally I just restarted the laptop. I have NEVER had this problem with my Chromebooks. He's been in "thinking mode" for about an hour now. I hope my kids have no trouble signing in to Blackboard. I guess it's time to go back to Apple since I can't use Blackboard on a Chromebook. Although charging was pretty quick. AS OTHERS SAY THE SOUND IS EXCLUDED! IT APPEARS EVERY 5 MINUTES FOR UP TO 1 MINUTE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this!
