Have been using for about 11 months, design needs help

Bought this bag based on reviews and after a year of ownership was not very impressed. The material isn't leather, but the straps that attach to the bike (in my case, the fork tubes that rest on the front fender) are cheap and made from the same vinyl material that the entire bag is made of. It's a classic buckle system with holes in the strap (like a belt) so you can't "tighten" it. To add to the cheapness, the loops that these fork straps go through are made of vinyl material. The straps that wrap around the bag are also made of the same material and have a plastic buckle system. The big problem with this is that the buckles aren't adjustable, so you can't fasten them. As you can see I had to tie a bandana around the bag to keep it from closing. The bag looks nice but is not very versatile. I believe it would be possible to get a better fork bag for a bit more money or just reuse an existing bag like a military surplus bag or something. Generally not impressed. I found an old Tusk dirt bike fender bag and am using it on my Magna now.
