Not Impressed - Training & Fitness

Do not recommend this set. The skipping rope was cheap, unweighted, and the handle design was odd. The ladder is not secured and it is easy to trip over it, even when tightened. The parachute is a joke. I had no resistance at all, 9 years old or 12 years old. The elastic straps are the best part of the kit. They work well, are labeled different sizes, come with exercise instructions, and come in their own pouch. The cones are typical thin cones, but they work. Also comes with a cone holder. Not what I expected.
