Customer service is very good, they help me with all my questions I had about their system which was great! Sometimes there are some odd quirks in how it works that seem like issues but maybe aren't (e.g., when searching by date range sometimes returns results from today).

It can be difficult at times figuring out what time or month something happened so having accurate dates available within minutes of putting them into search makes this process much more manageable - especially if one has multiple users who need access as well.- Date ranges searches- Searching via keywords rather than specific names/customer IDs helps keep things organized & easy since most queries happen organically through keyword use instead.
