This lamp works well. The case is made of metal, which gives it a solid and high-quality look. Motion detection is great for my use case, i.e. looking into an opened gun safe. I installed one on top of the safe and the other two on opposite sides of the inside of the door. Three settings allow me to use the light as needed, with an instant on for a quick access, or a longer gaze with a always-on mode. Light settings can be easily changed. The lights charge quickly and stay strong for a long time. I only charged the flashlights once in six months. I usually open the safe daily and several times a week. The magnetic strip has good adhesive and stayed attached to the fabric interior of the safe. I recommend this product. Update 05/2021: I'm still excited about the lamp. Because of the brightness and how long it takes to charge, I bought another set to put in my pantry/closet. As before, the adhesive will stick to the metal/magnetic rod (on the inside of the drywall) and hold the fasteners securely in place. Worth the money and I recommend this product.
