The reflective waterproof jacket I purchased for my pooch is perfect for rainy days .Based on my observations the jacket reliably keeps my dog dry during walks and it also has reflective stripes that make my dog visible in low light conditions. The adjustable straps help find the perfect fit. The downside is that the jacket may be too snug on dogs with thick fur.
