Ever since Apple decided to change the format of its photos in iOS, it's been difficult. I used to be able to drag and drop entire folders of photos from my phone to my computer. Now it freezes after about 20 photos and then freezes. bad apple! But I found this device that promises the same thing, so I decided to try it and the price is . It's worth it. The tiny instructions aren't very detailed, but after a few tries it worked. Now I can transfer all the photos and videos from my phone to my PC by simply plugging it into my phone's lightning port and then into my PC's USB port. It doesn't transfer very quickly (since I had thousands of photos and videos), but I can go away and let it do its thing. My only complaint is that I would like it to be able to be automatically converted from Apple's HEIC format to plain .jpeg format so I don't have to convert them with another app. Otherwise I'm happy with it.
