At first I was definitely skeptical about the product, especially when I found out that it will control in real-time via Bluetooth. Then there was a skirmish, which also worried me. Despite these caveats, after doing a little research online, I decided to give it a try. As the product was new there were very few reviews of the Kegtron but those that are seem to like it. Shipping with Prime was amazing. I ordered the system yesterday and received it this morning! After opening it and installing the app, I got to the point where you cap the line for beer. Knowing I didn't have any other cord handy I was very apprehensive about doing this but to my surprise it was very easy to do and I got Kegtron up and running with little to no effort. I think the product is amazing. While it can't scan your keg to tell you the level, it does tell you how much beer you have left in real time. The coolest feature of this device is that it allows you to know the amount served in REAL TIME. However, since it cannot scan your keg, I recommend starting with a FULL keg so you know 100% of the current level and can start with an absolutely accurate reading. If this product doesn't have any major flaws, doesn't break anytime soon, and tells me exactly when my keg will die, then in my humble opinion the Kegtron is probably one of the most innovative and rewarding purchases I've ever made.- or did.
