Keyboard backlight effects aren't impressive, and letters on some keys don't type correctly, making them a bit harder to see, but $22 for a compact backlit keyboard, mouse, and mousepad is a bargain. Life. The mouse has 4 dpi settings (all unimpressive), it takes a bit to figure out which setting you have. The mouse has a sturdy metal base and glides smoothly. Its backlight is brighter than that of the keyboard, but illuminates the keys well even in a dark room. It costs $20 so it works as expected. The keyboard is a little slippery and the mouse pad arrived with a lot of missing stitching, that's also trivial. For the price if like me you have limited desktop space. I recommend this package. If you have a big desk or unlimited space or $12 more, buy a mechanical keyboard and forget it. There are MUCH better alternatives for a little more money.
