While I know this is a cheap toy and the concept is fun, that's not what I had in mind. Straight out of the box, the left elastic stretches longer than the right and stays that way. The "noise emitter" in the body is solid and quite heavy, which makes this toy not the best indoor play. Also, he only panted once out of the first ten throws. That's why I bought him, I wanted to hear him croak! I know it sounds silly but I bought these to give as gifts at the Christmas party because I thought it would be fun but thought it would be dangerous and might hurt someone or something. Two stars instead of one because this can be a good outdoor pet toy, but don't expect it to last long.
