Overpriced but the only dark pad I could find for the triple band. Why are they always white? More manufacturers should make them in brown and black. Installation is very easy and quick. Remove the switch plate. Extrude a perforated shape of your choice (plus screw holes appropriate for your application) onto the gasket, install over the outlet, then install the wall plate in place. Ready. These standoffs aren't thick enough to deform the switch plate cover, but they're thick enough to get the job done. They're also a good size to completely cover a drywall hole to keep air from escaping (and tiny critters like ants can't get in). There is nothing more to say about the simple installation of the wall panel. Worth buying despite the high price
