When I put this cream on I can feel the skin and veins constricting for a few minutes. I can see a visible difference after putting it on. My blue road map veins eventually go back to the normal size though, although my spider veins seems to be diminishing permanently I think. My legs feel better since I have been using this, but I have also been wearing compression socks as much as possible so I think that is helping too.
