I use this product all the time and it's fine (that's why I gave the product 3 stars because I'm dissatisfied with the seller, not the product). I even bought it from this particular seller (Life and Home) with no problems in the past. But this recent delivery showed me how conscientious this supplier is. Advice if you are considering buying from Life and Home: DON'T DO IT! After seeing other reviews I see that I am not alone. I received a box of glasses wrapped in clear tape that sounded like a rattle. 75% of cases are unusable and broken into hundreds of pieces. As if they knew it was broken, they packed it in such a way that none of the parts would fall out during shipping! Upon closer inspection of the box, I noticed that the item was marked "Used, like new". But I ordered and paid for the "new" item. Apparently they got it back from a dissatisfied customer and uploaded it to me hoping I wouldn't complain. What a scam! Don't waste your time and energy on this dubious source.
