New level of smoking!

We've been smoking meat and using double-foil packaging for decades. I used my butcher paper tonight to wrap a smoked boston butt ahead of final cooking time. EXCELLENT LAYER! Protects the outer film from juice leakage and absorbs excess fat without over-drying the meat. As a result, I will no longer smoke meat without!
