Be consistent in your foot, hand and nail care

Definitely works! For best results I would suggest using it at night after a good foot scrub and exfoliating in the shower. If your feet are dry, use an electric file and then apply an exfoliating foot cream and then put your socks on. I do this procedure and within two days my feet are literally as soft as a baby's! 😍😍. I'm definitely sticking to this routine, I don't play with my feet lol.
