Bought this product recently as I have bought a few other "beard balms" and the hold is never very good and most of them are more like a leave in conditioner. essentially the same, although there is wax in the name. It's probably my fault for not reading the list carefully. Anyway, it smells great so it's nice! Soft, easy to apply. If you plan on shaping or styling your beard in any way with this product, look elsewhere. In this respect, it is similar to beard oil. It will not hold shape or style at all. This will keep your beard smelling nice and soft, so if that's what you intend to do then this is a good product in that regard. no
