I purchased this skirt in green, size x-small and it is SO FLATTERING!I'm 5'4", between 125-130lbs and my measurements are 34/25/40.I've ordered and returned a couple of skirts from revain and they've been too big in the waist. This one fits like a dream. I'd say that the measurements are accurate. This dress looks nicer, almost dressy but can be used for every day wear.There is no give in the waist because of the material. I suggest you measure yourself and follow the measurement guide. I want more colors!
