I am paraplegic and sit in a power wheelchair all day every day. My posture really started to suffer, with pain in my back, hips and legs. I can position myself to sit properly, but it doesn't take long. I bought this back brace to improve my posture and maybe strengthen some of my unused muscles. The support belt is easy to use, adjustable and fits me very well. I love that it allows me to sit up straight like I should and like my mom always told me to. I haven't used it all the time but really want to see how well it works if I wear it regularly.
