If you can't find a gift for your weird, nerdy but really cool nephew, get this one! He's eleven and also loves penguins so it was a win-win. From what I hear he loves them and puts them in a prominent place. They're made of durable material, so great for kids (including the little brother who insists on playing with them too ;)), and the packaging is great too. .
