Cup Warmer - Kitchen and Dining

This is a great cup warmer. Christmas Decoration (Green Tree Version) PROS - No on/off switch - turns on by the weight of the cup - keeps liquid warm but not hot (which may be "cons" for some people). The warmer isn't really designed to keep liquids hot - it just warms - the smooth surface of the mug is easy to clean. Wipe clean with a damp cloth - when cool not hot - holiday print - used all year round CONS - fairly large print - if you have a smaller area this will be a problem. about 5 1/2 inches down the center of the circle. There's a black cord for plugging in - about 3 feet or so long of a heating pad, which gets pretty hot - but keeps liquids warm, not hot. Another thing to keep in mind is that you need a flat-bottomed cup. It will not heat a cup that is not completely flat on the heating pad. The heating pad is made of plastic and will become slippery on other plastic surfaces. I've tried putting some of that rubber band underneath, but the heating pad won't turn on because the weight of the cup pushes the tiny button on the bottom of the device, doesn't reach the surface where you turn it on - and turns on therefore not one. This is currently the biggest problem. Overall, I think it works as I expected. I hate drinking cool coffee or tea - it makes it warmer than cool. The less liquid in the cup, the warmer it gets (Captain obviously, ver but?). or reasonable price. Even so, I don't hesitate to update my reviews when new information seems useful.
