This is the BEST product I have ever bought online. It far exceeded my expectations. I bought it to hang out with my 87 year old uncle who is (!) recovering from Covid-19 and is locked away in a nursing home. We thought of a simple mobile phone, but even that was too high-tech for him. The portal is very easy to set up. Image quality is much better than the iPhone we tried. The camera focus is GREAT and follows small movements. The speaker is excellent. My uncle couldn't hear the cell phone, even on the speakerphone. Now he can hear me clearly! While he can't make a video call yet, the nursing home receptionist did it simply by touching the screen and then my photo. She thinks that many other residents would like to have their own portal. I bought two more for my great-grandchildren. My only regret is that a discount was given three days after purchase. Can't wait to arrange my great grandkids!
