Great Platform For All Departments: V3Gate

The ability to provide all of my contact centers with a unified interface allows for consistency while also allowing employees to work in different locations. My largest concern is their lack of customer service regarding the platform. There have been several occasions where tickets have gone unanswered or issues have gone unresolved for weeks at a time. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with since I am a paying customer. Our biggest priority is to reduce our response times. Being able to use the V3GATE platform has allowed us to do that thus far and we're using it daily - especially now that most departments are being moved to this solution. We use this product as our main gateway to our network so its very important that it works well! It has worked flawlessly for us since we started using them almost 5 years ago. I can't think of anything i would like to change or add about this program but all in all you cant go wrong with this system! The support is also fantastic - they are always willing to help out if needed! Very reliable software which gives peace of mind knowing your computer data stays secure at all times.

  • Great communication, quick turnaround when problems arise (as long there isn’t too many), solid technical/operational staff who really know what makes an exceptional call center operation run smoothly without complications..it looks good from outside looking into :) They deliver results consistently day after tomorrow..and sometimes faster than promised !!!!!! :)))))))))
