Great Enterprise Product For An Allinone Solution

I like the fact that V3 Gate has not only a web interface but also an API for integrations with other products or applications. It's great to have more than one way of accessing the same data from multiple teams. We've been able to manage all of our users (including POs and non-POs), create groups, and assign workflows on an enterprise level in V3 Gate. Great Platform For All Departments: V3Gate

The ability to provide all of my contact centers with a unified interface allows for consistency while also allowing employees to work in different locations. My largest concern is their lack of customer service regarding the platform. There have been several occasions where tickets have gone unanswered or issues have gone unresolved for weeks at a time.
