They work great, I can definitely tell the difference right after one.
They work great, I've definitely noticed a difference after just one use. I drink coffee every morning and red wine at night, so I definitely needed help whitening my teeth. The only reason I give this 3 stars out of 5 is that my teeth became extremely sensitive after just one use. You can only do 1 procedure per week. The whole next day I have nervous pains in my teeth. But pretty amazing results, I would say as good as getting my professional splints from the dentist and a MUCH cheaper option.
