I have severe neurodermatitis. These surprised me. They were a little pricey for what they were but I'm glad I bought them. It's a bit difficult to put on as you feel like you're tearing and damaging the gel liner. It sticks to the skin and doesn't want to slip off like a normal glove. But once they're in place and you get used to the feel of the cold and sticky fish, they'll start their magic. Leaving it on for an hour or so will definitely leave your hands feeling softer, but not as hydrated as a cream. I think I will use them as winter gloves in winter when I go outside. I also bought their fingerless gloves, I think they will be easier to put on and use before bed. I washed these. I used a drop of moisturizing shampoo on the inside and a little spritz on the outside. I dip them in warm water, rinse and wring them out. I dried them by pressing them in a towel. I turned them inside out for a few days and inside out for a few days and by the end of the week they were dry and looking like new.
