I have oily skin. Let's start with that. I usually use strong cleansers because between living in Texas (heat), working out (sweat) and my beautiful skin thinking my face looks like a McDonald's fryer, I need something strong to keep my face clean and not look fat. But I'm always trying to use more gentle and natural products in my beauty routine. So I decided to try this set. He claims that 98% (give it or take it) of the ingredients are natural. So the less chemicals the better. I'm a big fan of micellar water. It does its job and keeps my face fresh and clean with no issues. I use throughout the day as needed. Usually in the morning, after training and right before bed. When it comes to moisturizer/cream, it feels really oily and heavy on my skin. Again, I have oily skin so this is pretty common for me. I just try not to overdo it when applying it and it usually works pretty well. I would definitely recommend using very, very little if it's hot and oily where you live. When I sweat a lot, I know I'll be glowing like a nugget fresh out of the fryer. The included face mask was nice. But I honestly hate giving my opinion on a product after one use. So IDK.
