Bad Shimmers - Makeup
The mats are really good. They blend in seamlessly and fit well. I'm giving three stars because the shimmer isn't very good. I tried applying them with a wet brush but got no effect. I tried applying it with my finger and the app was slightly better, but you have to dig into the shimmer to get a good result. It's sad because I was really looking forward to this palette but was disappointed.
