At Amazon, I purchased a keyboard. Having used Logitech products for over a year, I had complete confidence in them. No time has elapsed likewise 2000h weeks as "gap" started to decline. From what I've read, a lot of people have been disappointed by the party. I used this keyboard while out shopping. The catch was that I didn't keep the package. I apologize! Amazon told me there was no longer a way to get my money back. Unfortunately, at this point in time, diagnostics require the keyboard. To the point where I was informed it could take up to 40 days. Even if I don't get it, the merchant made the connection and verified for himself that the gap only opens when very hard pressure is applied alternately. Since I've been familiar with the firm for some time, I also had a rebuttal question. No way to inspect, fix, or even open anything there. If a Logitech gadget breaks beyond repair, it is promptly swapped out for a brand new one. This is where you can actually remedy the breakdown. Take this to heart, guys. Apparently this is the only strategy they have, so I'm informed. I filled out all the paperwork, but called Logitech customer service as I was leaving. Where the service provider has explicitly said that they are acting unethically and that your best interests are not their top priority. I was ordered to remove their hands from the keyboard immediately. We never give up on ours. We'll get you a replacement much more quickly than you can wait at that place. Therefore, I checked everything out at home, notified them, and finalized everything with the operator via letter. Later, I had a conversation with a young lady whose accent was clearly not American. After waiting for a while, I completed additional customs paperwork. In just 23 days, I had a brand new keyboard shipped to my house from another country. The previous one wasn't taken. Finally, pay close attention for a second: according to the customs forms, the price of this keyboard in late 2022 was 18 euros. This is not the first time I've had issues at this location. The first time was when I bought a refurbished Philips steamer from them. Which resulted in the plugs being knocked out and water filling the circuit board within the gadget. After almost two months of life, they still wouldn't accept a replacement. Simply put, its worth has increased little. We pocketed the cash and ran. Outcome. There is no wiggle room here: such a keyboard costs too much.
