Review on BLUETTI SP120 Solar Panel - 120W for AC200P/EB70/AC50S/EB150/EB240 Solar Generator, Portable Foldable Panel for Camping, Vanlife, Off-Grid Power by Joe Ashan

I liked my 120ah Bluetti when it came right out of the box but unfortunately I had a problem when I first started making one to use month later. I had an intermittent connection while charging my jackety. I did thorough troubleshooting, checked all my cables, connectors and connections and tested a second jackety to see that the power output problem had not yet been identified (mc4? internal connection?). I contacted Revain customer service instead of discussing the warranty directly with Bluetti. The representative is located in another country outside of the US because the time zone stamps in the email are 24 hours behind. It took 4 days for an email response per day after I reported the claim. Every day a new question asking for information when this could be done in 1-2 days. On day 3 finally agreed to send replacement. Today is day 4 and there is no shipping/tracking confirmation. I had to extend my campsite stay (pay) to get the delivery as I will be traveling and roaming, so this is my best choice for parcel delivery. In the meantime I have bought another 120 Bluetti to be delivered today, so I have two! That's how much I trust and love this product. Great excitement beyond super portability. Can't wait for them to run in parallel to charge the Jackery 1000. I'm still waiting. for the Revain CIMY representative in India or elsewhere to put everything together. God.
