Have you noticed that compactness is both an advantage and a disadvantage? Because it all depends on who will use and on what. On Pens and my M10II, it is perfectly balanced with the carcass, if suspended on a standard belt, it does not outweigh anywhere. On M1 it will look funny and the carcass will outweigh back. In the hand it feels more expensive than it actually is, despite the fact that the plastic is very pleasant to the touch. For example, the same Panas 14-45 is unpleasant to pick up after him. The focus ring takes up most of the lens area, which is inconvenient for those who are used to holding the lens. And in general, the grip for it is not very convenient, on Panas 14-45 I manage to take a frame without blurring with a slower shutter speed than on this 45k, I think this is just because of the grip. They made something more grippy, so to speak, intermediate between this 45 1.8 and the monstrous (both in size and price) 45 1.2. Sharpness, in principle, is sufficient for me already with the open, with 2.0, as they say, it already “rings”. It focuses quickly, although there are jambs with a hit in poor lighting, but it is possible that the carcass is sinning.
