Well worth it if done right
I am an avid coffee and tea drinker and my teeth are never as white as I would like them to be. I've been using whitening strips for years and they have proven to be the best. Try not to use it immediately after brushing your teeth, but make sure there is no plaque on the surface of the teeth. Works great, teeth whiten several tones after first use. If dental problems occur, discontinue use and try again in a week.
