Lost one of my plugs on my front left rim and will order this plug immediately. It came with everything shown in the picture and my rims fit again. Couldn't be happier with it. I plan on buying a few more to have on hand in case I lose another one. For you folks crying about them coming off, these caps are KNOWN to come off, even the straight from KMC. If you like your rims, go to your car/truck every few weeks and make sure your bolts are tight and don't over tighten them. It's very easy.
