The Crave Online Store's Version of "Lost in Translation "

As a non-native speaker attempting to traverse the online store offered by Crave, I was left feeling bewildered and dissatisfied. The website was challenging to navigate, and it took a lot of time before I was able to locate the information I needed. Even if I wanted to modify the language of the site, I couldn't figure out how to do it! And when I eventually did manage to track down some items that piqued my interest, I was dismayed to discover that they did not ship to the country in which I reside. What is the purpose of operating an online store if you are unable to sell to customers located in countries other than the United States? But even if they were to ship to my country, I'm not confident I could put my faith in the quality of their goods. The descriptions were frequently unclear and ambiguous, and the pictures of the products were not particularly helpful either. I had a hard time understanding precisely what I was going to get, and I didn't want to throw away my money on something that wasn't going to serve my needs. Last but not least, the company's support for customers was below average. I made an effort to get in touch with them so that I could ask some questions about the products they sell, but I never heard back from them. When you're trying to make a purchase, it's particularly aggravating to have the impression that you're being ignored by the staff. In general, customers from countries other than the United States should avoid shopping at Crave's internet store. It is simply not worth the trouble, especially considering the abundance of other online stores that provide superior service and a more pleasurable shopping experience overall.
