Replaces the original and looks great!
The original also had an option for attachment to the factory air filter. I didn't want to modify an aftermarket air filter and this did the trick. I haven't ridden much, but it seems to fit the valve cover snugly, so I'm assuming it will work fine. I would have liked the chrome to be of a higher quality.
