Having used other services like GoToMeeting, WebEx etc this service has many unique features that make your work easier than any other competitor out there in the market. Some of these included - simple dashboard interface (easily customizable), ability to view recordings from meetings as well, quick access through mobile apps which saves you time while working outside office. Not having a physical space does not give freedom to have some face to faces sessions with clients at least if thats what you need. Its an excellent solution even for small businesses since its very scalable and can be managed by just one person only or even couple of people easily. Easy collaboration across teams in realtime via zoom is amazing. Quick response to any questions or concerns that we had. Very quick turnaround time from initial communication of an issue and solution implementation. Helpful and professional team with great customer service skills. I do not have anything specific to dislike about this software. It has been easy to integrate into our system at work. This has helped streamline many of our processes and made them more efficient.
