Cut them all off and replace as they are complete junk. A complete waste of money. After installation some things stopped working over time and that was because for some reason those crappy flimsy poorly made RJ45s lost connection and just stopped routing everything together. They're not a straight-through type so you can't easily tell the order of the wires when installing, and the tinted plastic makes it almost impossible to see if your wires are hitting the right pins before crimping, so you'll end up using two or more for each termination by re-execution. Not worth the price, it's better to pay a little more for a better quality shielded RJ45.
