Review on KENDA Volare Tubular Tire Black by Rudy Santos

Bought two of these to try when the price dropped. One was missing the tag and looked a bit worn, but the price was low enough for me to keep. I have one good one on the front and the other on the back. These are pretty fast tires, but the rear one literally fell apart after about 500 miles due to a sealant leak. Already after several trips there were huge cuts and cuts. In the end I had to add 50ml of sealant to keep the tire from going off. The front tire performed better, but the tread began to separate from the carcass, as did the rear tire. I wouldn't want to go downhill with these tires in case the tread loosens under load.
