I have 3 AMD PCs (for gaming) and 2 Intel laptops (for work). None of my AMD computers were able to set up the driver. When I plug it in (both wired and wireless) only LED 1 (the top one) lights up, not the second (as the instructions say). I tried pressing the home button for 5 seconds to reconnect, but it still wouldn't connect. I was like "well at least connect somehow and let him see how it works in game". I opened the game and the title screen in this game got out of hand, it kept moving up and randomly selecting something, exiting, moving left and right, and suddenly my game closed. At first I thought the problem was in my computer or the controller was damaged. I tried connecting to another computer after going through all the computers I have and got a surprising result: all 3 of my AMD computers can't work while my other 2 Intel laptops work immediately without Establish a connection. I've tried again and again on an AMD PC, tried connecting to other USB ports, even tried reinstalling the driver, but the result was the same. I went online looking for another way to troubleshoot or if anyone had the same issue but still no luck. Conclusion: If you use an AMD computer, buy it with caution. I've tried over 3 AMD computers and none of them work.
