Someone lost the power cord for my old (2011 I think?) Samsung TV and I bought it as a replacement, mainly because it's a foot longer than the cord Samsung supplied and works better for me. It usually works fine, but the part that connects to the TV is *very* fragile. I'm not deducting more than one star for that because I also have a 2018 Samsung in my living room AND THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE FACTORY CABLE. Literally every time I breathe on that factory cable, what's happening with that cable gets weaker. So it's generally about as good as the factory cable today, but be aware that it can come loose if you look at it the wrong way.
