I like that it's so easy; my team uses this daily! It has helped us keep track with our tasks & goals as well help ensure we are keeping accurate records about what each person does during their day (or week).
There isn't anything too much you dislike? Maybe more detail around how certain functions work if your looking into using or planning use within an existing organization?! Otherwise great product!! We've been able to stay organized throughout all different projects which allows me know exactly where everything stands before going out there myself next year - no searching through stacks when things need done again soon haha :).
