I wear US size 13, they sent EU or UK size 48, it seemed small but fits like a glove. The texture, flexibility, outsole and leather are great. I wouldn't turn down a slider from the same manufacturer. My previous post said I was too small but I couldn't get my foot in all the way so yes the fit is true to form.
