I ordered these shoes for my daughter in the summer and was waiting for the Christmas season. My daughter fell in love with them as soon as she saw them and we had such high expectations! She put them on and went outside and the heel of her right shoe broke off completely! Our rear window had already closed and we had a pair of shoes that could not be worn and a very disappointed ten year old shoe.
