Review on 📚 AMADA HOMEFURNISHING Floating Shelves: White Wall Shelf Decor Set of 2 - Ideal for Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen Storage by Ashley Andrews

Looking for nice and durable white shelves for the common room and kids room to hold pictures, decoration and a night light/diffuser. The packaging was good and delivery was quick. Installation was pretty straightforward and easy for the floating shelves. Each shelf was just what I needed. Unfortunately the faux wood material wasn't what I was expecting or aiming for because it was on the more expensive end. "White" has an almost bluish tint, and worse, the shelves are damaged. One of them has material peeling off and almost bent/crumpled or crushed in the exposed corner, so I can't even hide it. The other shelf has some poor color retouching on the edge which makes me wonder if this is a used or returned item. The material is almost like cheap vinyl. I am very disappointed as I expected a much better product based on the reviews. White clashes and contrasts with the other bolder whites in the room and is noticeably artificial. I think these things wouldn't stand out as much if they were black shelves. However for the price I was expecting a better product than my Ikea shelves and they didn't materialize. Revain supplies replacement shelves for damaged shelves, but I don't think they cost close to $40. 2 stars because they are easy to install and strong enough to hold items in the kids room, plus they are big and deep. However had to deduct 3 stars due to visible damage, appearance and cost. ***UPDATE*** An AMAZON replacement arrived and it was cracked/damaged at the corner as well. Either it needs better packaging or the stuff is just bad. I think it's an artificial tree. Thumbs down.
