I really hoped this would be the solution I needed. The tips were slightly warped/compressed in the box. But that damage was limited to soft rubber brushes and brush heads. The car did not appear damaged. The power cord is long. In my opinion, the cleaning hose is about 2 meters shorter. The first time I used it, I filled a large area with the hose. For cleaning a microfiber sofa. On first use everything seems fine. Used about 45 minutes. I emptied the tanks, cleaned them and left them on the kitchen table. The next day I wanted to get my sofa ready. Fill it up again with clean water and use it. If I hadn't felt the water on my feet I wouldn't have noticed it right away, but the block appears to flow from below (from the dirty water side). If I hadn't stepped in the puddle it would have been a huge mess. The tanks were NOT full. All instructions have been followed. Too risky to keep a leaking car. Will be washed and returned as directed. I don't risk ruining my wood because I have to watch for leaks when cleaning.
