This is a good Br30 headlight style led bulb starter color for those who feel overwhelmed by wifi light bulbs, bad wifi signal, worried about wifi problem or don't understand technologies. It's not as bright as the regular white br30 led I bought at the store for $15. It's getting bright, just not the glare of the TV. It has the usual blue and yellow light settings with the ability to dim from 100.50% to 10%. There are 8 colors to choose from. Colors aren't as bright as normal and there aren't any dull settings for them. You can turn it off with the remote control or the light switch. If you turn off with the switch, you have to give it a few seconds to turn it on again with the switch and it will go back to normal lighting mode. The main light is more like amber and there is no true white. This is a much cheaper option compared to the Phillips screen and is recommended to be used in place of ge-wifi bulbs as they have issues. I just wish it had an adjustable attachment and was a lot brighter. The bonus is that during the occasional brief blackout, your home won't turn back on when the power is turned back on, waking you up in the middle of the night, which happened to me. several times with wifi bulbs in 6 months.
