I bought this because I thought I could play on a console with a mouse and keyboard. I was very excited when it came in the mail. Little did I know it would be completely useless. Your phone app is working properly and connecting to the Keymander 2 via Bluetooth as it should. However, when I try to set up the device on my PS4, it's completely useless. I've looked at many forums on the Keymander website and the only decent advice in any of the forums and support messages is to update the firmware. However, when trying to update the firmware through the phone app, I get an error message and then ask if I want to try again. It's ok, I decided to try their software and firmware update tool on my computer. Not only is there no keymander software on the product page for keymander 2, the firmware update tool is also completely useless. Don't get this product it's a waste of $99 and it doesn't work at all. I would add that the product support is ridiculous and the hours you can call are a joke. I can't stress this enough, but this device is a waste of money. You're paying $99 for a USB hub that doesn't even work properly. Better buy something else. Just grab a cheap $30 or get XIM. Edit: Updating this review because I thought my u might be defective or DOA. After getting a new KEYMANDER device this time, I was actually able to update my firmware. However, my PlayStation only recognized the Keymander as a USB hub, even after I did my best to set it up properly. I'm increasing my rating to 2 stars. At least I updated the firmware for my overpriced USB hub.
