If you're looking for a remote control, this may not be for you. They disconnect from the app, Alexa or Apple Home almost every day. We have tried so many options based on online reviews and even got a new router and they still disconnect. Thing is, you're paying for a base that's supposed to perform a function that doesn't work. It's not clear to me at this point if this is a temporary software or hardware issue, but it's not working.
